StreamPilot is een dashboard-tool die verbinding maakt met diensten van derden zoals Twitch, YouTube, Stripe en anderen. Deze disclaimer legt uit wat de beperkingen zijn van onze verantwoordelijkheid ten aanzien van die externe diensten en de inhoud op ons platform.
StreamPilot is a dashboard tool that connects to third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, Stripe and others. This disclaimer explains the limits of our liability regarding those external services and content on our platform.
1. Externe platforms / Third-party Platforms
StreamPilot integreert met Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, Stripe en andere externe diensten. Deze integraties zijn afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid en de werking van die platforms. Gamerun is niet aansprakelijk voor:
- Storingen, uitval of wijzigingen in de API's van deze platforms;
- Wijzigingen in de gebruiksvoorwaarden van Twitch, YouTube, Spotify of Stripe die de werking van StreamPilot beïnvloeden;
- Verlies van Channel Points, abonnees, inkomsten of andere platform-specifieke waarden als gevolg van een storing of wijziging;
- Inhoud van de streams, chats of kanalen van streamers die StreamPilot gebruiken.
StreamPilot integrates with Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, Stripe and other external services. These integrations depend on the availability and functioning of those platforms. Gamerun is not liable for:
- Outages, downtime or changes to these platforms' APIs;
- Changes to the terms of service of Twitch, YouTube, Spotify or Stripe that affect StreamPilot's functionality;
- Loss of Channel Points, subscribers, revenue or other platform-specific values due to an outage or change;
- Content of streams, chats or channels of streamers who use StreamPilot.
2. Beschikbaarheid / Availability
We streven naar een zo hoog mogelijke uptime, maar StreamPilot wordt aangeboden zonder garantie van ononderbroken beschikbaarheid. Onderhoud, updates en onvoorziene technische problemen kunnen de dienst tijdelijk onbeschikbaar maken. Gamerun is niet aansprakelijk voor schade als gevolg van onbeschikbaarheid van de dienst.
We aim for the highest possible uptime, but StreamPilot is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily make the service unavailable. Gamerun is not liable for damages resulting from service unavailability.
3. Inhoud en nauwkeurigheid / Content and Accuracy
Hoewel we ernaar streven de informatie op StreamPilot actueel en correct te houden, geven we geen garanties over de volledigheid of nauwkeurigheid van getoonde statistieken, gegevens van derde partijen of automatisch gegenereerde content. Gebruik de informatie op eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
Although we strive to keep information on StreamPilot current and accurate, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of displayed statistics, third-party data or automatically generated content. Use the information at your own risk.
4. Betalingen en donaties / Payments and Donations
Donaties via StreamPilot worden verwerkt door Stripe, Inc. Gamerun is niet aansprakelijk voor fouten, terugboekingen of geschillen die voortvloeien uit betalingstransacties. Stripe hanteert eigen gebruiksvoorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op elke transactie. Bij vragen over een specifieke betaling: neem contact op via support@streampilot.nl.
Donations through StreamPilot are processed by Stripe, Inc. Gamerun is not liable for errors, chargebacks or disputes arising from payment transactions. Stripe's own terms of service apply to every transaction. For questions about a specific payment, contact us at support@streampilot.nl.
5. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking / Limitation of Liability
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is de totale aansprakelijkheid van Gamerun jegens een gebruiker beperkt tot het bedrag dat die gebruiker in de twaalf maanden voorafgaand aan de schadeveroorzakende gebeurtenis aan StreamPilot heeft betaald, met een minimum van € 0 voor gebruikers van het gratis plan. Gamerun is in geen geval aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade, gederfde inkomsten of reputatieschade.
To the extent permitted by law, Gamerun's total liability to a user is limited to the amount that user paid to StreamPilot in the twelve months preceding the event causing the damage, with a minimum of € 0 for users on the free plan. Gamerun is in no event liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of revenue or reputational damage.
6. Wijzigingen / Changes
We behouden het recht deze disclaimer te wijzigen. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen informeren we geregistreerde gebruikers per e-mail. De datum van de laatste update staat bovenaan deze pagina. Voortgezet gebruik van StreamPilot na een wijziging geldt als aanvaarding van de nieuwe tekst.
We reserve the right to update this disclaimer. For material changes we will notify registered users by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of StreamPilot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated text.
